You’re always in control of your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so in one of two simple ways:
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
You can also request deletion by sending an email to [email protected]
To verify your identity and protect your privacy, please make sure to contact us from the same email you used to sign up for Wisely.
Please note:
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your reading/listening history, saved books, and any subscription status tied to your account.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID in the App Store.
